2.Health and Safety: Overall working environment facilities, emergency response capacity, work-related injuries, mechanical operation safety, potential workplace crises, whether there are serious health and safety problems in the factory, including whether the fire protection facilities are complete, whether the ventilation and lighting of the production area are good, whether the factory is a three-in-one factory or a two-in-one factory, whether the number of employees living in the dormitory meets the requirements, Does the hygiene, fire and safety of the staff dormitory meet the requirements?

3. Working hours: The weekly working hours should not exceed 60 hours, and at least one day off per week.

5. Salary and benefits: Are employees paid below the local minimum wage? Are employees paid overtime for working overtime?
